Signing in

Ducksoup uses your Google account or your Apple ID, on the phone and on the web at ducksoup.pro/app. Sign in the same way on both and you see the same inspections. Your first sign-in sets up a company with a starter template and an example inspection.

The phone app

Inspectors capture on the phone: photos, voice notes, checklist answers and findings for each area. Templates and report layouts can also be edited on the web.

AI features

Ducksoup can describe photos, suggest wording and turn voice into text. The phone asks before anything is sent to an AI provider, and you can change your answer at any time in Settings, AI features. Everything else works with AI turned off. The privacy policy says which providers are used and what they receive.

Deleting your account

On the phone, go to Account and tap Delete account. On the web, go to Settings, General, Account. Your sign-in, details and signature are removed straight away. Inspections you did for a company stay with that company. If you are the only admin of a company that has other people in it, make someone else an admin first.
